Day 6 had previously been working with Reliable to produce various marketing materials including a website, new logo, and brochures. However, this new agreement will not only include the development of the materials, but also include a more strategic management consulting role for the marketing endeavors of Reliable.A recent management led buyout of former owner Arthur Charles 50 percent shares placed Chuck Drerup and Tom Walterhouse in the position of finalizing a working agreement with Day 6 starting August 1, 2010.
